Memphis producer MiZUnderstatistic has been busy the last few years handling the lion’s share of production for Memphis emcee L’Daialogue DiCaprio’s Affillieated Vischunz/DRDP Productions with his production imprint Ovaground Undaground SounDZ.
In 2018, he is releasing the first of his personalized beat tapes for public consumption. Per MiZUnderstatistic, “I feel like its time to let the world connect with some of the vibes I have been working on the last few years. I’m still down with L’Dai and the whole click…but these tapes are just me being me. Giving the world a different musical angle of Memphis musicianship.”
His latest beat tape, Barev, Armenia…from The Kardashians, MiZUnderstatistic is taking a trip to the country Armenia using social media-turned-reality show sensation family, The Kardashians as inspiration. Pulling from their Armenian roots and the ancient sounds of Armenian culture, this tape is an audio plane ticket to Yerevan and back.
