Here’s another beat tape from the producer MiZUnderstatistic titled Tignon Lawz. This tape is directly influenced by L’Daialogue DiCaprio’s second home outside of his birthplace Memphis: New Orleans, Louisiana. This beat tape has grooves inspired by the Big Easy’s homegrown sound that comes second nature to the whole world now with the advent of producers “borrowing” the sound.
This tape is also an ode to the sometimes oft-forgotten pioneers of bounce music in New Orleans like DJ Jubilee, DJ Jimi and Mannie Fresh.
