3 8 1 2 7 The SK is the fifth installment of L’Daialogue’s 3 8 1 2 7 series. This project is produced entirely by Ovaground Undaground SounDZ in-house producer MiZUnderstatistic.
The project is just plain bumpin as you are invited to take another audio ride through the boulevards of North Memphis and more specifically his Frayser neighborhood known as the Bay Area. L’Daialogue speaks on the his perceived absence with the track “Scene Not Seen” while lamenting the prevalent violence on tracks like “In Memory of Manop Thomas (Da’ Old Bay)” and “In Memory of Brandon Webber (Da’ Nu Bay)”. Even the track “Terrance Howard (Mane Mane Mane)” is a track speaking in love on the way Memphians speak in general ultilizing the ubiquitous word “mane”.
Also, 38127 The SK has tracks like “I Won’t Be Barred Pt. 1”, which is a straight-forward lyrical onslaught dispelling the tired old attitudes held against Southern emcees even in 2019.
The project features High Ruler King Cane (2DEEP), Babi Memphiz NKA Mac Head, On 1Ne and Mellowhype with additional production from On 1Ne.
