2020 has been very productive for the New Orleans’ emcee and Roc Nation artist Jay Electronica. Jay dropped his critically acclaimed Roc Nation debut album A Written Testimony this year.
But prior to this debut, Jay’s early touted album Act II: The Patent of Nobility was the album that most rap fans were waiting for since Jay announced his signing with the Roc in 2010.
